Reid Fronk

While at the University of North Carolina, he was a part of two College World Series teams and received All-ACC, All-ACC Tournament, and Chapel Hill Regional honors during his junior season. In 2007, following his junior season, Fronk was drafted in the seventh round (215 overall) by the Tampa Bay Rays. He then reported to Hudson Valley, the home of the Rays Short Season ball club, and had a successful season. This past year, Fronk played for the Columbus Catfish, the Rays Low A affiliate, where he was named team player of the year by the organization. Fronk has one brother, Graham, who is currently an outfielder for Campbell University.
